We’re getting a head start on Lent this year (who says that, btw?). No meat or cheese for me or Sean, psycho I know right? I know we are missing the whole Mardi Gras Fat Tuesday, yada yada. We’re never early for anything, so now at least I can be for one thing. I’m an early Lent Vegan and I’m dragging my husband’s butt along for the ride.
